Is the IP address of the Grayson County Elections Administrator computer used to open the encrypted thumb drives from the forty ES&S DS200 scanners used in the 2020 election and forward said results, 166.78.38.247?
If so, how did I get that IP address?

It has become evident from election investigations around the country being blocked by Republicans that “country club”, RINO, “establishment” Republicans have been benefitting from voting machine fraud.
